Optional Coverage

Tailoring coverage to fit the needs of your home is important to Milestone insurance. Additional coverage added to your policy may be required to be completely covered. Options include but are not limited to:

  • Replacement cost on contents: Changes the loss settlement for contents from actual cash value (replacement cost minus depreciation) to replacement cost.
  • Blanket Personal Property: Covers certain items like jewelry and fur up to $10,000 per item. No deductible required.
  • HomeXtend Coverage: Increases special limits and adds coverage. Contact your agent for more information.
  • Water Back Up Coverage: Can be added to cover water back up of sewers or drains.
  • Watercraft Coverage: Covers your watercraft for liability and physical damage.
  • Sinkhole Collapse: Covers the home against sinkholes.
  • Identity fraud coverage: Covers the expenses due to ID fraud up to $15,000.
  • Protection Plus Coverage: Increases special limits and adds even more coverage. Automatically adds the HomeXtend package.
  • Premier Homeowner Coverage: Same coverage added as the protection plus but the limits are increased.
