The personal articles policy is a separate policy for your belongings. This is usually used for specialty items like jewelry, furs, and watches.
A deductible will apply for this coverage, but the property is covered at agreed value. It will also protect the item for mysterious disappearance. This is usually excluded on your home owner’s policy.
